Been thinkin bout upgrading the stock BOSE system and wanted to run a few things by ya'll.

For the center dash I was thinking of running these:

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=264-812

Should be a shallow enough depth and produce a good enough sound.

Doors would receive:

http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=297-086&FTR=&CFID=7144429&CFTOKEN=64765147

Seems like a shallow enough depth, can be wired in a few different combos, and would pretty much provide a good midbass, like the original BOSE mid was supposed to do.

OR the doors would receive a set of Morel Elate SW 9" Woofers again used a mids

Now for tweeters:

Then I'd probably find a set of crossovers from Image Dynamics

Rear 6x9s would be replaced with either a set from Morel, Focal, or Rainbow.

Amp duties would be handled by ARC, Image Dynamics or Focal.

I'm not looking for alot of bass because my little girl will be riding in the back. I just am looking for a cleaner overall sound.

Should I even bother to go into this much work or just leave the system as is?

You're happy with the lowend output. Ok.

If you think it sounds a little muddy, swap out the tweeters only. See where that takes you.
