Ok, So the 8 has no tach wire. I'm working out how to derive one from both leading coil trigger wires. I'm assuming that if I splice into the coil trigger wires using 2 IN4148 diodes and 2 10k resistors each per wire and connect them to a single wire, that will give me my Tach wire for hooking up to Rpm gauge, Profec e-01, or car starter. etc... Am I correct in assuming this?
