I have a 13b Renesis from an '04 rx8 for sale that i bought from my friend. It has 8k miles on it. What happened was that something hit the motor when he was driving and cracked the oil pan and part of the front housing. The engine to our knowledge is intact, and in working order.. but it has been sitting for about a year. to get this baby running we are assuming you can get the housing replaced and the oil pan replaced. If not you can use it for parts. I all ready have the oil pan on the way, should get here monday so all you would prob need is the bottom housing.

Tips to sell:
- Have a proper diagnosis done of what damage/ condition the engine is
- Specify, 4 port auto or 6 port from a manual?
-Post up some pictures of the engine/damage with your username
- let us know if your willing to ship

i dont think this is legit. This motor was for sale about a month ago under a different user name and this guy just registered this month.... same damage same location..

 

That because i bought it from my friend thinking i could drop it into an rx7 (easily) but now knowing i cant i figured i would just sell it. Ill post pics once i pick it up from him im located in zip code 33323 and its from a manual. Not willing to ship as of yet.

 

or maybe you looked at it and its damaged more than you thought? I dunno.. just seems like a fishy deal. Anyhow... good luck

Would you be willing to pick a couple parts off the engine for me? I'm looking for the rotary position sensor off of the oil metering pump.
