yeah, I sent the datalogs to jeff so now im only waiting on injectors from himand tuning and then install. I should have it on a couple of days after I get the stuff from Jeff.

Jeff save me from this anxiety!!! haha

what turbo is that ? is it the pic that is big or it's the turbo that is really big?

Very sexy... I'm going nuts waiting to get my turbo in. Hopefully soon! More pics once you get it installed. I'm curious size-wise how the GT3071R compares to the GT2871R that I'm putting in. They are similar turbo's in some ways, but I've never seen the two side by side to compare physical size.

 

wait a minute.....why did you send data logs for a turbo that you will not be using anymore? Aren't you supposed to send datalogs with the GT3071R?

 

I sent him the datalogs so that he has a baseline of how the car is working since he has to edit the maps for the new turbo + injectors + aem cai

Yeah im just waiting on Jeff for injectors and tuning but we all know that can take a while.

 

^me too man....I really do appreciate all Jeff is doing, don't get me wrong...but sometimes I wish I had a local shop here that could dyno tune my car with the AP and just be done with it. I can't really even drive it. I've pretty much retired it to the garage for the winter.

I have no problem paying for something like that....but since I am in..Iowa...I don't have the luxury of good shops that are familiar with turbo rotaries, or NA rotaries for that matter.
