Help with tire gap

For some reason my driver side rear gap is alot smaller then my passenger side anyone else have this issue? i replaced all 4 struts thinking maybe one of them was bad, didnt fix it, the springs still seem fine to me, just had an alignment yesterday, anyone know what may be casuing this? or has anyone else had this issue? here are 2 pictures to show you what i mean, there is nothing heavy in the trunk or back seat to cause this, any info or help would be appreciated, thanks.

ah yes, i had this problem too.. if you look at the car from the back it looks like its sagging to one side..

i took it to the dealer but they swore they didn't see it... however, whatever it was seems to have corrected itself because I can no longer see the difference.

i blame it on my crappy city streets.
