the next GP for Irvine is April 19. but as an fyi, the GPs are on Sundays and you race against everyone at the venue, not just your group. for those that want to do the GP, go for it, but it won't be a forum meet.

for this meet, i want to keep it on Saturdays so more people will be able to make it :yesnod:

i know a few of us still have races on our cards from previous meets, so the b.o.g.o. offer would work for those that want to save some money and use up their remaining balance. to use the offer, the next possible meet dates are March 21 and March 28 (both Saturdays).

i'm thinking we can keep it on Saturday late afternoons/evenings since that works for most people and avoids the massive weekday traffic jams.

what weekend works best for you guys? and what time would you ike to have the meet? everyone's input is accepted, but majority rules with the final date and time.

I'm going to attempt a revival here!

I was talking with Atilla this weekend and we were thinking about hosting a revival of the k1 speed meet, it was always alot of fun but in recent months the meet has since died. We wanted to hold a meet this friday the 14th maybe starting around 8 or 9. Since there is no autobacs/toyz meet that friday we were trying to get something together. Id like everyone here on the 8 club to promote this among all of us who live down here in the OC area.

Spread the word! I realize that this is short notice but I wanted to maybe get this started again for all the OC guys to have another meet before I leave again

Any suggestions would be great and any friends you want to bring are more than welcome! K1 speed is alot of fun for indoor karting and its always more fun with a bunch of people.

Please post on here if you can make it and let everybody know so we can have a decent turnout!
