I hate metal valve capssss!!!

So I got these used rims for winter duties. The original owner puts on these fancy anodized blue metal caps for ricyness. So they must've corroded and now stuck to the valve itself! I've tried so far...

- using pliers
- douse it with WD40
- hammering it in hopes of loosening the corrosion

Still they won't budge. Any ideas? Luckily they are not mounted yet. I would like to avoid taking them to the tire shop if i can help it. So I need your esteemed ideas.
