When looking under your hood in between the upper intake close to the fuel rail there is a tab that looks like a choke for a carburator an i can even press on it and it seems like it is opening somthing nay ideas

This valve controls the ports in the manifold to change the flow and velocity of the intake air as the engine rev's up to 9000 rpm. Don't F with it unless your car is running badly or won't rev hard.
