The tires are new, the wheels are immaculate minus small curb thingy which is almost completely hidden behind the lip. It took me a minute to actually find which wheel had it (wheel 1), and I had to take a side picture of the wheel to reveal it. They're dirty, sorry., but there is no paint chipping. Check pictures!
