Oh I'm still selling it. Those are rims from my rx7. I just wanted to test fit them to show that you can fit wide aggressive offset wheels on an rx8

Ohh, alright! Also, I recently saw that you were or did buy a stock air intake box and upper intake manifold. Did you take out the turbo or something?

the car was sitting on the ground but it had been in the air all day so the suspension was not settled. also it is not lowered, but like i said with some body work i could make them fit.

I understand that these wheels are meant for an RX-7. He said he put them on to show us that you could fit agressive wheels on an 8. What I don't understand is who considers that fitting?

Yeah the bolt patterns are the same, thats about it. The tires would need to be stretched. You would need excessive negative camber. A fender roll would be needed and possibly need to be pulled as well. After all that, it still wouldn't look good, it wouldn't ride good, and your tires would suffer uneven wear.

It is known that you can fit wide wheels on this car, up to 10.5 inches wide, with no modifications. Why go with a crazy offset and have them stick out 2 inches and do some serious mods to get them to fit? Just so your lip is big? Not worth it to me.

show some pictures on when the car is on the ground. does it have any camber? it would look great it fits with some negative camber.
