Apparently not too many people may know this, but Karl (rotaryman25) is a great guy. He was nice and understanding and helpful! I am a noob when it comes to 8's (only had mine for about 6 months) I ran into a fairly simple problem to fix but couldn't figure it out on my own. I contacted CRH for some help and he directed me to Karl. I explained my situation to Karl and we went over all the details and possible solutions over a couple of days. Most people would have been an ass and just said figure it out. Not Karl! He stuck with it and gave me advice until the problem was finally solved. Smart Guy / Great Guy as far as I'm concerned.
