I need to replace the gasket that connects from the header to the Turbo EX Exhaust with a mid pipe.
Anyone know where I can get one like right now? or ASAP!!!?

Also the O2 sensor will not come off of the OEM Exhaust Manifold :banghead:

take your time, if it is warm it might have trouble coming out, try a little WD40 but be careful to not get any on the sensor. My tool of choice for removing it is a adjustable wrench http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Adjustable_wrench.jpg

if its really stuck. try putting it outside in the cold to cool down for 20 minutes. Bring it into your garage and use a propane torch to heat the metal next to the sensor for a few seconds then try and take it off.

the fiber donut gasket you are probably going to have to buy from the dealership.

a big vise grip might do it. be careful though

Our tech started working on the car at 10am till closing. and cant get it off. He tryed everything. Even what you said and still no dice. This sucks.

Can I do this as a option?
Buy a cheep O2 and run that for now so I can take off the Exhaust manifold with the OEM O2 and work on it latter?
This way you can still drive the car right?
Anyone know of a "O2 that will get the job done for now"? Just till I get the cash to buy the replacment OEM O2 sensor.

mine is messed up to when i took it off the OEM manifold for my re-amemiya header. it took a lot of force to get it off, and the thread on the o2 sensor will get messed up.

not sure of any o2 sensor replacement for the exhaust manifold though. true the OEM one is expensive as hell.

I know Tanabe makes "a" O2 sensor but I dont know if they make one for our car or how much it is. I'm go google it. BRB...

Thats odd. I could not find anything on there sit but when I got my springs they had a add in a paper with my springs.

A 22mm box wrench is what I used to get the front O2 sensor out. I needed to have the midpipe out of the car and it was a bitch. Heating it might help if penatrating oil doesn't help but don't heat the sensor directly. Heat the manifold around the sensor then try to remove the senso with the 22mm wrench.

Best thing to do is to buy another one for you midpipe...By the time you get it out...it won't work anyway....
