hey guys, i needed some help. let me set this up...
so about a year ago i purchased a b&b midpipe, went to a local muffler shop, got it installed and everything turned out fine. Forward to about a month ago...
my cars clutch was slipping so i took it in to the dealer and they said i needed my clutch to be replaced, so i went ahead and did it. went to pick it up a couple of days after and the technician told me that my car was stalling, and that it was due to my o2 sensor, and that fact that apparently there was no o2 sensor in my midpipe. WTF. so i take my car home, somehow(mostly highway) and its been sitting here because im really strapped for cash. So i was wondering if that sounds right, the o2 sensor? it was fine before it got to the shop. So should i install an o2 sensor or an o2 simulator? and is it that hard to do? i mean, things arent as good as they were and im tryin to pinch pennies here...appreciate the help guys

When you go for midpipe, there should be a hole where you can put the rear o2 sensor back, you'll get a CEL anyway, but at least there should be a place on the pipe to hold the sensor.

Its not even there? how could that be?

I have the agency exhaust system which comes with a midpipe, and it had a bung for the sensor to go into, do you know if there is a bung on your midpipe, its good to know these things you know :lol2:
