ABS plastic. So with some plastic paint you could paint them any color you wanted. Smooth on one side and a slight texture on the other.

What color are those strakes? Cant tell and condition?

 

Chrome finish, no pitting.

I would give them a 9 out of 10. there a very slight swirls on the finish. That is looking at them real close. Very good for a used set.

no adhesive on the back. you can paint them any color then get some 3m adhesive from the hardware store.

with out getting a tape the the look like 6"x1"
