Did someone delete my thread?? I made a thread in general automotive about my 95 civic for sale and now it's not there. I've also done a search for all of my posts and it doesnt show up there either. If someone is deleting my psosts I'd like to know why. I think thats pretty rude.

You simply need to remember the rules of the board when you signed on. Go take a peek.

I tried finding the "rules of the board" but was unable. I can't imagine why someone would want to delete that was in the appropriate section, without profanity and car related. How about you clarify why you feel my thread was deleted.

At a guess - advertising items for sale is not permitted in the forums. That's a fairly common rule on many auto forums.

This site has a For Sale section - but they might restrict it to just RX-8 related items.

Can't sell stuff man.

Let me get this right....I'm not allowed to sell my car, but if I had made an exhaust system or intake for the RX8 it would be ok to list it on here?? This board gets lamer with each passing day. It's one thing to have rules, its another to have rules that only apply when you want them to.

Exactly, there is a section for it. They also sponsor the boards so they get a section.

When you signed up you got a big message with the board rules. Theorectically you read them before agreeing to join.

I dont know why you think the board is "getting lamer". You had a post in the wrong place deleted. Is that such a serious crime against you? Just PM a mod, get the details and then post in the right place. Whats the big deal?
