Well I was bored and wanted to do something with my car myself. Yesterday this is what I did
I didnt take any photo's of me doing this outside only some inbetween shots like this one.
A normal hand bezzle and a halfway done one.

Both painted but no clear coat just yet.

The finished product.

Yeah Chrism pointed out the same thing to me ova AIM but I kinda like it.. maybe later on I'll sand 'em down completely and do it that way. This was my first attempt at anything like this so it was a learn as I go process. The passenger side one is a bit worse for wear but still came out alright.
Thinking of doing the piece's that hold the tweater in place also in the same color.

i love the idea kev!!!...
awesome...and definitely would look hawter if you smoothed out the bezzle...
i bet it would take any time at all since its small...
i opted for the less-work, more expensive route....

Thanks Pat and Myenemy.
Doing the small piece's that hold the tweeter right now. Taking what I learned with the Bezzle's and applying it. Which means ALOT of sanding ugh!!

I'd tape off the tweeter and paint the surrounding area if I was to do it.
Thing to keep in mind is anything that is painted shiny sticks out more. If you like the tweeter pods then paint them, if you do not like looking at them then I advise against bringing attention to them.
The handle bezzels look okay but to keep consistancy with the rest of the paino black pieces in the car, I would either smooth the surface with sanding or buy the Mazda piano black cover set. (I already have done the latter)
