Hey guys, I just bought my 8 a week ago and I think I need to take it in for some warranty work already. Ive got that hard to start and idles rough thing going on. I was wondering where the best dealership to get warranty work done without them giving me too much trouble, since I bought it used. Its an 04' m/t black w/30,000 miles. Thanks for any info.

Ron Tonkin Mazda does a pretty good job with customer service.

Autotown mazda just called and asked what kind of oil I had in the car. I said whatever the dealership I bought it from put in it, I just bought it a week ago. They said they would let me know whats up later. That was hours ago Im getting a little nervous.

I always use Ron Tonkin. They're really good and on top of things.

I don't know anything about Autotown, but they "acquired" their Mazda dealership about six months ago when Premiere lost their franchise.

I got my car back from Autotown. They were great. Changed the plugs, wires, and starter. Seems to be running fine now. They didnt even charge me for the plugs. Hopefully they keep up the good service, otherwise it sounds like I need to go to Tonkin. Thanks.
