I know this is a painful subject, but does anyone have any snow tire suggestions? I know that this car will not be too good in the snow...light weight + RWD + Performance tires + Lots of power = No Go in the Snow. I have been contemplating a tire/rim package, but I have concerns about the pressure sensors. Help!

This car will be good in the snow, especially with DSC.. The power is there but mostly at high revs so if you take it easy and don't hit 9K rpm mid corner you'll be fine. :D

You are not alone in your search for the proper snow tire solution. There is a seperate category dedicated to that. Do a search and be prepared for lots of reading and opinions on the matter.
BTW: If you do decide to get say 17" rims and snow tires you may choose to do so without sensors. Of course you won't have the benefit of what the sensors do but you won't do the cars systems any harm if you elect to run on tires witrhout sensors either.
There will be a little warning light that comes on your dask and you will have to follow the manual on how to reset the sensors when you put back the OEM wheels in the spring. There is a section discussing this when you use the spare tire somewhere.
I am no expert, just paraphrasing what I have read so far.

There's been a few threads about winter tires in the Tires and Wheels forum section, and there's a sticky thread about winter tires in the Canada section. Many questions are already answered in those threads!
