For no apparent reason, sometimes when my ipod nano is connected to my car (mazda ipod adapter kit) when it goes to switch to the next song, it will just sit there and scroll through song numbers. The only solution i've found is to disconnect and reconnect the ipod. Any ideas?

after u disconnect & reconnect it, how many songs will it play thru successfully on its own before it wigs out again?

 

Its only happened twice in the month or so i've had it.

 

Mine's done that but not when connected to the car. I'll be running with it and go to the next song and it will start cycling. It will only fix itself if I plug it in to the computer and update it.
