Do they exist? :/ All I've been able to find that's even close is the BBS RGR, but that's not really the same finish as the OEM darkened chrome..

I don't know what the regional differences are, so I don't think I have a preference.. :/ Oh, and I think when I said 'deep' in the title, I really meant 'with lip' :p <-- wheel noob. MissyK 11-28-2006, 06:24 PM of course they exist........... by darkened chrome im assuming "shadow chrome" theres heaps in deep dished styles. just do search on rim websites and u'll find stacks.... cshlin 11-28-2006, 06:58 PM ahh, that's it. thanks :p i pull up a lot of UK and AU sites with that search term.. i wonder what the yankee equivalent is .^^. Came across these today.. http://www.forgeline.com/wheels/sp3p.html :) Something like that. :p MissyK 11-29-2006, 02:32 AM they are nice look similar to my previous rims are u 100% sure u want chrome? or u just want the shadow look, look at normal alloy rims whch are called "high-black" gives that shadow look also are u fussed about weight ? lesper4 11-29-2006, 02:36 AM or these http://www.performancewheel.com/Details.cfm?ProdID=124&category=&secondary=46&gacid=905 cshlin 11-29-2006, 11:02 AM oooo, much better price point :p I'm not sure I want chrome, but I do want a highly polished look. Once when I was travelling through the states I saw someone who had what looked like chrome because it was very mirrored, but it was darkened a bit. I'm not a big fan of gunmetal or shiny black paints. That's why I posted here hoping that someone had some of what I saw put on their 8's :p I don't really have that much concern about weight. ^^ Thanks for all the continuing suggestions ;) jmerc 11-29-2006, 10:50 PM Here in the States the darkened chrome is referred to as Black Chrome, try searching using that, it may help. success07 11-30-2006, 12:43 PM Here in the States the darkened chrome is referred to as Black Chrome, try searching using that, it may help. ......or Hyper Black. Not quite chrome but it's high polished. Nice look. cshlin 11-30-2006, 04:27 PM ahhh ^^ thanks, time to go shopping!
