Hi. I tried searching for pics of the mazdaspeed kit without the rear bumper diffuser. No luck searching "mazdaspeed kit without rear diffuser", so would someone mind sharing some pics? I'm not too keen on buying the kit only to cut off a good portion of the rear, so I'm wondering if anyone has fitted the kit without the rear bumper. Thanks.

Check the "Calling All Mazdaspeed" Thread.

I'm sure you'll find plenty in there.

yup, look for my thread, lots of pics w/o it as I opted for the factory rear pieces instead and kept the bumper stock.

edit: good Lord I was being lazy, here you go:

98% of people are too cheap to complete the kit....I was one of those that did it, then bought a replica rear, and then manned up and got the real thing. It looks fine without the rear...but better if you complete the kit....either way, both are good.

here's a thread with some pics of mine before I put on the rear.

98% of people are too cheap to complete the kit....I don't think it's that, it's more that the rear diffuser looks like crap.

I don't even mind the way it looks, but 800 bucks and it's not even a full bumper?!? f- that, sometimes you just have to know when to say when. :D:

If I had a second choice...I would go with the Ings rear pieces....this way, you get a lowered edge along with the ability to keep your rear rotary accent.

i personally only like the ms front and leave the sides and rear alone. I just hate the stock front of the rx8 i dont know why lol

My 8 has the opposite issue. Authentic MS rear diffuser without any of the rest of the kit. That was done by first owner. Would rather stock with appearance pkg.
