Have you got them in 18mm\23mm for front and rear?

I might buy them if the price is good!

Unfortunately, spacers are not sold in those sizes. Most brands have them in 5mm increments. So, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 are available.

That must be why FEED sells theirs for so much though.
Since those are hubcentric i think that machining them off to the spec i need would be rather expensive too.

and do they come with hubcentric rings?

Ichiba includes the rings, but not KICS. The rings are availalbe from KICS as a separate part.

whats the recommended spacer sizes for the rx8's factory wheels for flushness?

25mm

20-25mm will get you flush with stock wheels depending on tire.
