^HOLY HELL THAT'S A SWEET DEAL!

Jessica n' I will definitely take you up on that offer Phil! :bigok:

Rei-Teki n' Dondo- you guys in?? :bigok:

dondo 04-28-2012 03:12 AM

i'm down but what do you mean you have to be a gambler?

Phil's 8 04-28-2012 09:27 AM

You don't have to be a gambler to get in. If you want it comped (free) then you need be a middle to high end gambler and the Hotel/Casino will comp you.

Here is how the clubs work:
95% of the clubs at the Hotels are privately owned and lease space from the Hotel. The Hotel is required by law to retain a % of ownership(or some direct control), as what goes on in the clubs reflects on the Hotel and their gambling licence. Clark County and the State of Nevada turn a blind eye to a lot of what goes on in the clubs but will come down hard on the owners and Hotel if it gets out of hand.

I asked my friend about getting a small group into the club and she agreed to work something out depending on the size of the group......I can arrange for a table (will cost you but hard to come-by) and your name on the list. Having girls in the group makes it easier. There is also a two drink minimum (high $)

Attila, I need to know the full names (first and last). I know both you and Jessicas first names but not last.

My room and flight is booked. Looks like I get to meet some of western people.
I'll need to ride shotgun with someone when we go somewhere.

That will do just fine. :)

Phil's 8 04-30-2012 02:40 PM

Too bad I can't get Al to bring a few steaks with him...I had a Chicago steak at the Palms in the Swiss Hotel that was unbelievable.

A regular person can't get meat of that quality.

UrbanOcho 04-30-2012 02:56 PM

Phil - On the subject of steak, I see that the steak house in Circus Circus gets great reviews. Is is casual dress? Linda and I are looking for a place to go for a nice but casual dinner on Thursday night after her plane arrives.

alnielsen 04-30-2012 03:01 PM

I see Circus Circus doesn't have their own airport shuttle. What's the most efficient way to get from the airport to the hotel?

Linda is using the Ocho Shuttle. Would you like that also? When is your flight arriving?

Yes the steak house at Circus Circus is VERY good or was the last time I ate there. Casual is the word for dress code in Las Vegas. I will have dinner there Friday evening...........Not sure about Thursday but on Week ends you need a reservation.

Sometime just before 5 on Friday.

alnielsen 04-30-2012 03:50 PM

How curt and rude of me. Thank You for offering.

naw. I'm from L.A., and you know what I am so used to people acting like that it didn't faze me one iota. Kinda sad, I know. But thanks for the courtesy. It's appreciated!
