When: 3pm to 8pm Greeting, registration and begin vehicle staging for car show. Out of town attendees arriving late can contact WHiV hosts to get registered. PARTY AT THE CIRCUS CIRCUS Where: Circus Circus Hospitality Suite When: 8pm to whenever Party will be BYOB with horderves, chips and dips supplied by WHiV5. SATURDAY MAY 19th ROTARY SHOW Check-in begins at 7am Show 8am to 1pm This year a rotary show will be held in the parking area behind The Circus Circus Adventure-dome. There will be several categories depending upon the cars registered prior to the event. Repus, old school, 7’s, and 8’s will be judged separately. 7s may be broken up into first, second and third gen vehicles if preregistration shows a sufficient number. All rotary vehicles registered in the show will be eligible for trophies. TROPHIES, RAFFLE, AND FOOD Raffle tickets will be sold at the meet and greet on Friday and during the car show on Saturday. Drawing for raffle prizes, announcement of car show winners and presentation of trophies will be done at conclusion of car show. For attendees convenience there will be food vendors available during the show as there will not be a lunch as in past years. ANNUAL CRUISE 2PM Be prepared for an approx. 2hr drive TRADITIONAL GET TOGETHER AT THE HOFFBRAU HOUSE When: 8pm to 11pm A No Host Dinner is served and prices range from $10.00 and up for traditional German fare. The beer flows at all times (pay as you go). A German band plays and the noise, laughing, and crying from the group almost drowns out the band. SUNDAY MAY 20th SCENIC CRUISE We will have a short cruise to a scenic area to be announced AFTER CRUISE BBQ At an area to be announced. Food and soda provided by a sponsor End of WHiV5...Hope you all had a good time PARKING Circus Circus as the host Hotel & Casino is providing an area that will be watched very closely. even just pictures of clowns freak her out.... we were at the local rodeo, and the trash cans had clown head tops, and she freaked
the big sign in front of casino would scare her when we were driving down the strip. but its kewl, we prolly wont be staying at that hotel anyways..... we had a blast at the palace station and will prolly be staying there again, or if not another one of the station casinos. All of the events wont be held there will they? |

Has anyone stayed at the Circus Circus? I have always heard bad things so I stayed away. Just curious. I would like to stay at the Golden Nugget. Although I had no complaints about the Palace Station.

The rooms have or are being redone, I had heard so not so great stuff myself but have seen the rooms in the "Manor" and frankly they looked great. Of course they are not the Bellagio as CCLV is considerably older but that would be a bit pricey :(
