Racing beat intake and Duct - The filter may need replacement but I think a good cleaning will be sufficient but I don't believe I have all of the nuts and bolts, but I have all of the ones I was using, so I may be wrong! It worked great and I had absolutely no problems with it. For intake AND duct - $350
