feeler: oem 2009 R3 forged rims (19")

I actually really like these rims, but 19" tires are way too big for me especially when trying to cut tire costs at the track. What are these going for nowadays?

They usually cost around $2,000 a wheel at the Dealership, but you'll never sell them for that price. I've seen people sell them for about $2,000 a set. Just 2 weeks ago, I saw a set sold on ebay for $1,800 (with tires). It's your call at how much you wanna sell them for, but I just thought I'd let you know that you probably won't be able to sell them for over $2,000. Cheers!

I went with 18" RPF1s for the track and kept the R3 wheels for street use.

A set from the dealer will cost around $4600 without tires...I know this because I just got a quote the other day...these rims = sex!

The R3 wheels are worth good money and cost a pretty penny. I'd hold on to them for about another year, then the demand will go up.

I'd perhaps be in the market next year, and I'd be willing to pay $3500+ if they the tires on them, but less without

the R3 wheels are quite nice but I never understood why people are willing to pay SO much for them.

why would the demand go up? More R3's will be sold, and there will be more of these on the market... increased supply shouldn't equal increased demand in this case, unless there is a sudden urge for a stock rx8 r3 look...
