Not hubcentric. The centerbore is 2.5" which is around 70mm. Hubcentric rings are absolutely unnecessary but if you care enough, you can find them on Ebay. They are made by a local machine shop.

Nope, the smaller ones I have don't have built-in studs. You can use these with OEM wheels.
