Highway8, I'll be there on Fri Nov 13 with TEAM Racing.
I just got my rx8, but in the past, I've done a track day every 6-8 weeks. Let me know what other events you sign-up for.
I'll likely be at Buttonwillow in Dec with Speedventures.

i'd be interested in future track days...
haven't been on the track in a good bit... it'd be fun! it'd also have to be a weekend though... haha
you guys ever drive a little further down to say buttonwillow or something? it'd be quite a ways to get up to norcal for that (and yes, i realize this is a more norcal biased thread...)

Monday, December 7 Sears/Infineon - Customer Appreciation Day!
Five 20/25 minute OT sessions per group and four (practice, qual, race, race) sessions for the race group..
Registration: $169 for OT
$139 for race
Combo: Open group + Race group: $239 (9 sessions and over 3 hours of track time - best deal around!)

Note: to be in the race group you have to have a race prepped car and I think you have to be in the race series they run.
I would like to do infineon and at $169 its a great deal, but I am not going to do infineon for the first time in december. If it rained I would be learning a new track in the rain and mistakes at infineon cost a lot more then they do at thunderhill. I will until next year to run infineon.

Dates are coming in for trackdays with ncrc for 2010:

I now have signed up for Laguna Seca in February with ncrc on the 1st I know its wayyyy early but what can i say i am addicted to racing my 8 fyi they have added a second date February 25th for LS.

So for the last 2 years I have been going to Thunderhill raceway in Willows California for HPDE. I have done 6-7 track days now and seena total of 4 other RX8's. I am a little disipointed about this. I know other people attend but I guess I never see them.
So what I propose is we get a group togeather and all attend at the same time. I would like to see 10-15 cars or more.
I have found the best group to go with (for price and organization) is NCRC (Northen California Racing Club) http://www.ncracing.org/events.php
The price is $125 plus $10 if your not a member (membership cost $40)
UPDATE: The Novemeber price has been lowered to $99 plus $10 if your not a member
There are 5 different groups:
Race: Wheel to wheel racing, under "gentleman's rules" - no contact allowed
Open: Full track mandatory passing with no point-by
Point-By: Full track mandatory passing with point-by
Solo: Mandatory passing on straights with point-by, optional passing in some turns
Driving School:
