And yes Greg my ears took a few days to come around. What was your peak power, hp Sunday?

And as far as getting the pulls I paid for I have no problem. The car is running great and it was all worth it.

 

Once a year for this just isn't enough. Is there any interest in doing another one of these anytime in the near future? I'm sure that there are folks who did not get in on the last one simply because all the available slots were taken (read: time constraints).

if your willing to help, jedi spends alot of time planning it and coordinating with mm, bhr, sr motorcars, i don't even know how time consuming the planning is, but i bet its alot lol

I'm gonna say February 17th - 19th, 2012.

 

The irony of the time constraints is that this event always fills up somewhat quickly, people drop out, and then I'm SCRAMMBLING to fill spots at the last minute (because I've already paid for the whole thing in advance out of my own pocket) and everyone who was on the 'wait list' or begging me for a spot suddenly cannot be located or is no longer interested.


I truly enjoy this meet but what people don't see is the enormous amount of planning that goes on behind the scenes to ensure things go smoothly.
Last year MM, BHR, SR Motorcars, and myself started planning almost 6 months out.

I know we've joked about doing a 3 day event and I am open to considering it (I really should get my head checked) but it'll require a tremendous effort and lets not forget, it'll require the dyno shop to allow us to invade (and turn away other customers) for 3 full days.
that's a lot to ask for as these guys work 12-14 hours a DAY every time we show up. Some of us barely survive 2 days, I'm still not sure there's enough Monster Energy Drinks and donuts to make it through a 3rd day.
In other words, don't count on it...
