Thumbs up Tustin Mazda Service Rocks!

After 3 tries I've finally gotten good service from a Mazda dealer. Gary Marsters, my service advisor, got my car fixed ahead of schedule and without the usual "Couldn't duplicate" BS. I highly recommend Tustin but stay far away from Alhambra Mazda. Those guys couldn't find their a$$ with 2 hands and a map: They told me I had a turbo charged car!

I had the new oil pan put in, ECU re-flash, and they tracked down the ticking noise in my front end to loose lug nuts!

woah... How loose? They should be checked at PDI before customer delivery.
Check the stud threads and rim holes for damage.

yes, when it was just tustin mazda the service seemed better to me. They never gave me any problems about anything. Now they seem less personal and less helpfull

I MISS Joe McPherson Mazda!!

I haven't been to Tustin (Heritage) Mazda but I have had several horrible experiences at the Heritage Mazda in H.B.
