Titanium in Castro Valley

I was just wondering who drives the titanium gray 8 that I've been seeing on Lake Chabot Rd. around 4:30-5pm some evenings. I saw it a few times and wondered. I also saw one on the same street with a flower license plate holder. I think its the same one, but I'm not sure.
