Walk in there like you own the place... tell them exactly "what you are looking for" and then ask to take it for a test drive.

You have to sit through their lil shpeel for a little bit before you get to that point but let them waste their breath.... they dont know how much you have or dont have they just want to make a sell... and do everything to get to that point.

I went into a Mitsubishi dealership and told them that if I get to test drive their Evo 9 then I'll buy it on the spot. They asked for my driver's license and I showed them it but refused to hand it to them. I told them that I can test drive the vehicle without handing over my drivers license to them by law, I also said that I'll buy the car for sure. After I test drove it, erm, let me rephrase that. After I raped the **** out of it, I drove it back to the dealership, got out of the car and said "I think I'm going to stick with my current car." I walked to my car, which is my 8, and drove away. THE END!
