I can verify that one Jorge. When I was down for sevenstock I stopped by HB to visit my father. From the brookhurst exit on the 405 to his house near adams I had no less then 5 HB officers give me the "long stare". I had my windows down and my radio off... i also was shifting like a granny to keep the CAI and exhaust quiet.
