most of those cartoons all came out at about the same time - if you saw captain planet, you would know tailspin, hethcliff, ducktails and darkwing duck

captain planet made me laugh - dude could start a tornado by spinning around a couple of times and yet he could still get his *** kicked by some kid throwing shat on his chest...

 

Also the original dragonball came out in japan around that time the late 80's

 

Oh I got another one VOLTRON! I also remember watching Ultraman, even though it wasnt a cartoon it was just funny to watch.

Rocco's was/is easily my favorite cartoon show. I think they still may even show it late at night on certain week nights.
