Southern Food/Cajun food: reason why think this will be a hit is because you won't find 'UPSCALE CAJUN' food...it's southern food made for and by everybody. There's no FANCY **** involved....just down to earth good food. All the premier chefs aren't in some classy restaurant...they're in the corner shops in the mom n' pop restuarants makin' average pay for EXTRODINARY FOOD. I love how some places just know how to get it right.

Not that im' a food analyst or anything but i like 'good' food. Good being emphasized because i think if you know what's supposed to be in your food you know what to expect when you buy it from someone else. Hence why i think mom n' pop burger joints are FAR SUPERIOR to Mc Donalds n' Burger King. They follow a recipe that all the chain places skimp out on.

I've been to boiling crab once a while back n' i loved it. NOthing fancy, they wrap you in bibs n' ****. the table cloths are plastic. Just straight up food. lol. Messy as **** too if you get the bags of crawfish and spicy shrimp. lol. I think it'll be dope!

Dude, their XXX last time i was there kicked my ***. I ate like a pound of spicy shrimp w/extra hot sauce n' i seriously couldn't feel my mouth...**** was so freakin' spicy...good **** tho. Their catfish bucket and their fried calamari is the **** tho
