Sythetic or Regular???
Just curious what all you recommend. Just bought a Rx-8 w/16k and was thinking I should top off or change up. Also what wieght is best to run with. Thanks for any input guys. you've been a great help.

If it is stock, regular oil is fine, probably a 5W-30, or as the maual says a 5w-20 is fine. For higher heat applications like forced induction I use Royal Purple synthetic for my car.

Don't use sythetic, just change your oil often.
