No, the people who can't get off work until late on Friday are going at a later time on Friday since we can't meet up for the earlier caravan.

8rotor8 09-05-2007 05:24 PM

Yes, 7's are running at 10am. We'll probably leave at 7 or 8pm. So.. how should we do the run? Head down south and take the 152 or head to Hayward and take the 580 to the 5? I know that the 580->5 is faster then the 152. Meeting place in Hayward will be at the starbucks again off the 92. Let me know what you guys think.

Ever Hernandez 09-05-2007 05:34 PM

I don't mind heading north, it'll give me a chance to snap some shots. That same starbucks is fine with me David.

TougeFiend 09-05-2007 05:39 PM

I'm in sac, I could meet up with you guys where the 580 merges with the 5.

8rotor8 09-05-2007 06:12 PM

You can actually meet us at the Starbucks too, cause the 580 exits off there and it's like 2-3 miles down.

245 W Jackson St, Hayward, CA
You take the 237 and exit foothill towards Hayward then follow it all the way down til you see a taco bell, longs drugs, safeway, you can't really miss it.

So, we'll meet up in Hayward and head out. I'll get home at 6 or sooner and we'll leave no later then 8, traffic should be dying down by then.

I'm not sure where everyone else is staying but I'm going too meet up with the Socal caravan in cerritos at 5:30am on Saturday.

Last year we had over 50 cars in the Caravan at one point, but with personal radios (tuned to Channel 7) and multiple stops it seems to work out okay.
