Well After 1.5 hours the engine was ready to be pulled but we had no cherry picker. luckily SR motorsports was cool enough to let me borrow one.
so after lunch and a few other odds and ends we got back to work around 1600.
Had a few hic ups with the harness and the header but overall it was a smooth
pull.

Got it down to the core by 1900 and cleaned it up.

Going to break it down tomorrow to see the damage and how much money this is going to cost!
I can tell you right now I had a massive massive oil leak and low compression.
however my oil squirter lines are in almost pristine condition.
It appears that the engine is a reman but not all gaskets and parts were replaced.
Overall it was a successful day.
My best friend Mike helped out as well. Without him this wouldn't have happened so mad props to him.

Shady: you should start a thread on your rebuild. A couple others have done so on this forum - Check out rotary resurrection's rebuild thread. It's pretty useful.

Thanks
There's no way it wont work. Its a matter of how many times we will need to break it apart and put it back together again to make it work. The 8 has so many F'ing sensors in so many random places its insane.

So far so good.
Yea I didn't take enough detailed pics so i wasn't going to start one but I guess I can. I used rotary resurrections thread for some of the info. It helped a lot.
