the funniest thing happen to me yesterday.... cop pulled me over... got searched then he let me go ... i was like okay.......

 

he cant search you or your car unless he has a warrant for your arrest/ and or search warrant from a judge to search any of your property. What he did was illegal. Didnt I tell you that when that happened to me? If you are doing something illegal (racing/ DUI, naked while driving, etc.) then yes... they can search your car, but only after they arrest you first.

Cops like to pull over young guys in nice cars. especially if you have tint or mods.

Yeah, if you ever get pulled over by a cop, and they wanna randomly search your car, then just ask them for their Captain to be present while they search your car.
1. Their captain is not going to waste their time getting to the location just for a random search.
2. The Captain knows its illegal without a warrant signed by a Judge, or have a reason to arrest you and then Intake your property which then does give them right to search you and your property.
3. You can tell them that they will be able to search your car once you call your Lawyer (then they will back off)

Once you tell them one of the above reasons they will back off and mostly get mad and ticket you for whatever illegal things you do have on your car. Littlest things such as that Blue LED you have on the plates or your TINT... which Im sure is LEGAL. Other than that I'd tell the office to please stop wasting my time and violating my rights. Many ppl's rights get violated because they dont know their basic rights.

 

told me that i was speeding/ trying runing away from him... i was like no i wasnt speeding... ANd No i was not trying to run away from him doin speed limit 55 then he was on my *** so i speeded up (5 mph more) to move out of his way then he turn on the lights....

Fool, they are dicks. What most likely got you pulled over was
1. They saw your BLUE LED and couldnt read your plates so they were on your *** to be able to read your plates and then once they ran them and they came back clean they thought there must be something they are hiding if they are hiding their plates with a darker light. So he made the bullshit excuse of you speeding (in which this case you were cuz you are dumb). You were going 55mph then sped up to 60... which you should of have.. because if they wanted to they can ticket you for that. Next time let him ride your *** as long as he wants ... eventually he'll pull you over and tell him what I told you, or he'll run your plates and then if all is good he'll just pass you up or bust a bitch.
