Oh okay so I have a story. I set up my own Verizon wireless account back in December for use with my Droid. I told the retard at the Verizon store that I wanted unlimited text and data. Well guess what the bill comes back from Verizon for my first 2 months and sure enough he didn't put me on the unlimited texting/data plan so I got like $100 in extra charges. Can I fight Verizon on that issue that they should take the charges off since I asked for that god damn plan in the first place?

Matt, yes you can. If you called they have a Record of your call. Plus you told them to give you the plan and they never did. They will wave the extra cash you owe and your plan will get set straight. T-mobile tried that **** with me. I got my unlimited plan and a month later I had a $700 phone bill cuz I went over my text.

 

Just be cool with them and everything will get fixed. Tell them who now a days doesnt get unlimited text and data? Plus why by a smart phone with interwebs and everything you write and send counts as a text? Say your on aim, every message you send counts as a text. Yes this is true trust me.
