I bought one for Newcastle last year for x-mas, the thing is bitchin'. If you call them to order it, tell them you want the shift **** sent blank so you can index it properly.
When you get it, you screw it onto your shifter, then with tape indicate where forward / back is, send it back to them and they'll engrave the shift pattern on there for you.

always index it yourself otherwise you run the risk of the pattern being slightly off.

 

Or you could just tighten it a little more/less?
