weather.com fails they predicted rain for today and countless other days. I spent 30 minutes last night RainX-ing all my windows and look at it today! Now I just wash it when I want to wash it I can always wash again later.

Rain-X works great. I've been using it for over 15 yrs. You SoCal guys may not get enough rain and snow to make it worth using.

I finally got rid of intellitext for good!

Here's what I did:
Open the file with notepad located in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\hosts and add the line 0.0.0.0 rx8club.us.intellitxt.com at the very bottom.

+1 more for RainX

I've been using it for the last 3 years. It works pretty good when you're moving at a steady pace but it's actually pretty cool when you accelerate - the rain goes upwards at that point Thing is though - during our shitty Santa Ana Winds season - my windshield catches dust like crazy(like a weird haze develops) - more so than without it. I figured it out though - i just wash my windshield with dishwasher fluid to get it off. Seems to work.

btw,

Matt: i don't even bother washing my car during winter. I've learned that our rainy season is so random that i just don't even bother for 4 months. From like November til the end of February. Thank God my car is silver...heh. most people can't even tell until they get closer
