lol, im kinda in the same position, I was working out yesterday and I think I pulled something in my right arm, I'm so sore and its hard for me to fully extend my arm. I'm just trying to rest and hopefully it'll feel better soon.

basically i had an impropper bite and that, well basically i had a gap and then no chin so i had a corrective surgury
