Can anyone recommend some nice roads around San Diego for an epic drive? Looking to rent something "fancy" for a day.

 

Rancho Santa Fe. All those back roads are amazing I drive them every day. Or the road to Julian off Pomerado on the 15. Make your first left after turning right on Pomerado.

 

Pine Valley Road is good fun in the 8 also.

I was going to take my sister's Civic coupe to scope out Rancho Santa Fe this afternoon, until I realized I couldn't check the front driver side's tire pressure. The valve is completely chipped where the thread is. Going to have to get it replaced -_-

 

That sucks - be sure to get it replaced soon - n' be sure to double check those brake pads n' fluids if you decide to hit up the canyons. The weekend is coming up n' hitting it in the morning (like around 6am) is primetime when traffic is light
