SoCal Lounge II
I am just licensed for Life so far Jedi. I may do some other ones but I'm trying to get back into school so this job may eventually go away and I may not need all the fancy stuff. But if the company will pay screw it I will do them.
What other licenses will they pay for? 6? 65? Series 7?!
those are the popular ones in the banking biz.
What's funny is the only part of the L&D 52 hour class that applied to my business was about a 40 minute blurb on Variable Life policies.
wasn't that 52 hour class SOOOO much fun?

Anyways I'm not sure what they would pay for, and without a degree yet I don't know how far I could go in the biz anyway even if I DO get all the licenses. =/ oh well I want to be an engineer anyway
yeah, I'm playing the "I told you so" card with a bunch of Financial Executives I used to work with who swore to me that VUL's (Variable Universal Life) would revolutionize the industry and be the biggest selling product in the future.
standard Term insurance is still the best 'bang for the buck' policy to get.
I haven't sold a policy in YEARS, it's just not what I do anymore and I'm sure a lot has changed since I last was selling these.
I do miss all the free stuff (pens, shirts, dinners, lunches, etc etc) from the big insurance companies who wanted me to promote their products.
