sorry, edited with price. i'd be willing to work on price if you're from socal lounge you guys have helped me a lot with random car questions and what not, so i'd like to pass it on and see the car go to someone here.

otherwise it's 24k on CL or just trade in. super busy with school/work/loans and can't spend much time wheeling and dealing.

pretty bummed i have to do this, but i'm out of options.

 

Just being totally honest with you, but people have bought R3s brand new for less than that.

 

thanks for the info, sounds like i got ripped off when i purchased it new @ 30k, but i really have no idea what the market value for R3's are so i guess it'll just be easier for me to trade it in.

again, if any dudes from here want to hit me with an offer, i'd be more than willing to give it some thought.

 

I'm talking about the ones that have been left on the lot and were last years model, blah blah blah. You didn't necessarily get ripped off, but you have to understand where other people are gonna come from on price.

that's what i was talking about earlier regarding the ASS0 sniper rifle + acog is pretty much the cheat/cheap way to learn quick scoping. The acog allows for immediate pull-up and accurate shooting.

 

I sux at quick scope lol. The ASS0 is the one I attempt to use though lol.

 

yeah, it definitely requires some practice. It took some practice but you'll get used to it...the key is to know when the 'auto-lock' kicks in.

^hopefully that makes sense.

Basically...it's that point where whatever is in the middle of your screen is directly on your crosshairs.

It's an old Counter-Strike trick that apparently carried over to COD.

If you have 'quick-draw' and 'steady-aim' on as perks it should be especially easy w/the acog scope.

...it was awful.

I wasn't with my team but the people who were on my team were decent...but as soon as Mr. 99th in the world stepped into the room it was over. The dude went 46-3 WHILE running and gunning. It was pretty ridiculous.

...on the upside we (the team i was with) figured out how to beat him......we camped on the opposite side of the map and beat the **** outta his teammates. lol. I also learned that steady aim pro + quick draw pro = HAX0RZ

 

hmm looks like time to work on steady aim I have the quick draw pro. Whats the perks you run for your quick snipe set up? I've been ussin the ASS0 as my sniper rifle in general.

 

yeah, quick draw should help you pull up faster for the quick-scope but if you have steady aim pro on you'll increase your hip fire accuracy.

Pretty much how i do it.

btw, this is on hardcore so basically even if i graze my target, the fact of the matter will be it will be at close range so they automatically give me the kill....lol.

Lol watch it Atilla might have a newb tube on the sniper rifle just for that situation. I'm more than happy to bring the acr or m4 against most snipers lol. Although I think the few times you and I have faced off you won more than lost

I don't use trophy, most of the time im prone or hiding behind something, your best bet is dead silence + tactical knife. Just saying.

pffft...

no point in trying to run up to a snipers spot n' try n' knife him...if it's HC TDM the chances of his teammates looking out for him are wayyyy too likely...that n' if it's core, the killcam will give you away.

On core i'd just watch the kill cam n' t00b where you were...screw knifing...that would increase the liklihood of me getting shot in the process. Same with HC TDM. I usually snipe too so i'm always looking for places to snipe from or shoot t00bz into....'just in case'

That's why i said the trophy....because even if i saw where you were n' shot a t00b at you, the trohpy would disarm the t00b in midair n' you'd have a clear shot me when you see the trail in air.

I didn't really use it before because i'm a claymore ***** but i've found it to be useful if you're gonna hardscope while prone.

^All I play is Core LOL. I think in HCTD ill have more of an advantage but less kills because there will be less people running around. Ill post some videos in the COD thread in a lil. You'll see.

I actually think its on the contrary of what you just said about HDC v.s. CORE Lol. On Core the Kill-Cam actually is a + for me because I do'em so dirty that they WANNA watch their own kill-cam LOL, but yeah it helps me because they usually try to Return and creep up & frag or flash grenade or tube (how you said) the same spot I use to be in which I AM never in LOL, I move around. Them giving away their position or showing themselves on the radar/heartbeat gets me the next kill and so on. Its funny seeing them return to the spot i use to be in and them run in circles wondering where i went . By that time Im on the another end and they are already dead in my cross air.

 

^ not me lol I know better. That's part of the reason I play a bit of sniper, so I can do d the spots and learn a better method of killing them.

 

^You do learn by sniping, if you get into it. Some people get bored and give up. I personally dont really have "spots" even in open maps i go prone out in the open next to whatever object i can try and blend into lol. I cant remember that one map we played where I messaged you "dam i got sniped" I was getting SNIPED left and right up the ying yang by two different *****'s. I think thats the only map we played where i got a neg- KDR.. i was like 4-7 I got owned NASTY, like jail-raped nasty.
