I'm 99% sure you can fit a 9.5 +22 with just a roll, why go higher offset?

Everyone that runs 17x10 +25 does so with a 245/45 tire.

I don't know, tall profile 17" tires aren't really my thing :/

I hear the multi piece lugs break, from a couple knowledgeable people. Don't know if I want to risk $200 on whether they were right or not, lol. I see more problems coming from putting weight down on the (torque)wrench rather than in a circular motion.

My friend has the R40 lugs and removes his wheels probably as often as you do as he always gets new wheels for shows and stuff. We torque them to 85-90lbs and have never had a problem with them breaking or anything.
