it vibrates at idle and since ive been here I went over a speed bump on base. Thts when it started making a cracking rumbling sound from the right side. I took it to the navy repair shop and they told me they can't look at it because it's too low.

First off get the cel read so that you can see if there are additional codes not related to being catless. Shaking at idle sorta points to bad motor mounts but it's been other things before.
