dude...if you plan on replacing all the pullies - that **** could end up bein' kinda tough.
I remember trying to remove the alternator pulley on Taj's car wayyy back at the super autobac's meet. **** wouldn't budge for a while.

btw, follow factory torque settings. Not a good place/time to be using the 'it's tight enough' method..

RedFox: not to **** in your cheerios or anything but why'd you get pullies?
they're pretty worthless on most RX-8's as there isnt' really any added benefit to them. A few guys have run them (Kwesott, FastRX8, etc) and they don't do much other then squeal.
Also, if you decide to upgrade to a Mazmart water pump, that's a bad combo.
DEFINITELY use a torque wrench as Atilla mentioned.
