hey mike, im on my routine too, the only thing im taking is whey protein and beer
and i can see a big difference in a month, im leaning out like i want to, but my arms are looking good

yeah im only taking protein too im no too fond of sticking random **** in my body, lol im staying away from beer cause i dont want a beer belly, its been 2 weeks and you can star seeing lines and my forarms and legs getting tighter oh and my man ****** 
and biceps will get there and i feel good all my anger is released at the gym, i havent punched another hole in the wall lol or knocked my front door down

the way i look at it, if you drink beer just workout more, i was taught to burnout, no to do reps...back in basketball i saw better results when burning out, by that i mean, when it comes to ur next rep, you shouldnt do as much as u did on the rep before...so ill do like 35 curls, come next rep i better not do as much
creatine is garbage its actually really bad for your kidney, and then its all just water and appearance when a girl touches muscles with creatine its like jello, and of course cardio, itsd my favorite i atleast do 30 minutse of cardio get my heartrate to 160bpm then i do my routine with my homie and his dad, his dad has an intense routine for us, then we go in the sauna for 10 minutes, then rehydrate, then the steam room for 10 more, situps to finish and i always do some pushups after the cardio :]
